All of their datacentres are located in the US and Europe and they offer free DDoS protection, but only for small-scale attacks. In addition to accessible hosting plans, SolVPS provides services such as domain names and SSL certificates. They offer a 30-day full refund guarantee to new customers, but they only accept credit cards and PayPal.
